Between Worlds

This portrait explores the layered nature of identity through the metaphor of the proton and neutron core forces that sit at the heart of every atom. Like protons at the centre of an atom and electrons in orbit, our sense of self is shaped by what lies within -our energy, memories, and truths - and by what exists around us, in the spaces where we connect, relate, and extend into the world.
