RETURNS & SHIPPING

REFUNDS​

 

1. Only our standard prints and artworks, sizes listed on our website can be returned. Please note the following:

​

(i) only our standard designs on standard products listed on our website are returnable within 14 days if you change your mind

 

(ii) products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;

2. Our returns policy lasts 14 days provided they meet the conditions below. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised items, not limited to illustrations, paintings and any other commissioned, custom or bespoke work, pieces or designs (this includes personalised size requirements not listed on the website) cannot be returned. All prints and products are made to order. Production typically starts within 24 hours of order confirmation, and once this process has started, orders cannot be cancelled. 

 

5. Conditions for return:

a. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

b. Clothing must have all original tags attached

c. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging

d. Products must be unused and in resaleable condition

e. Returns must be sent via tracked service. If your return does not arrive and you have no proof of tracked postage, we cannot process a refund.

6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

a. Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not because of our error.

b. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

7. To return a product, please contact us at dayabhattistudio@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a returns authorisation. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. You must package the item securely in its original condition. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, which will not be refunded. Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us. Please do not send items without prior authorisation.

​​8. If you are returning an item over £50 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

9. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will only refund the price of the returned item, payment for the return postage is your responsibility. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

10. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially credited in your account. 11. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items and/or discounted items using discount code or other forms of discount cannot be refunded.

12. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dayabhattistudio@outlook.com.

SHIPPING

​

1. All prints and products are made to order. Production usually begins within 24 hours of order confirmation, and once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Each product is carefully checked to ensure high quality before shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, after which your order will be shipped for delivery.

 

2. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unless otherwise agreed. Tracking information is available at an additional charge.

 

3. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

 

4. If goods are not delivered within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at dayabhattistudio@outlook.com.

RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

 

1. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to your nominated delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

 

2.  We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. An additional postage fee will be applicable if the item is returned due to the address being incorrect. If you do not respond within 10 business days, or do not accept the additional shipping charges, we will refund the amount of the items. Shipping will not be refunded.

 

3. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at dayabhattistudio@outlook.com. We will arrange, at our expense, to replace the item or repair it if replacement is not possible. If neither is feasible, we will provide a full refund including the original delivery costs. You must report faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery for damage in transit, or within 30 days for printing defects, misprints, or quality issues.

 

4. Faulty items include but are not limited to damaged products (such as tears, stains, or other defects) items sent in error, or items sent in the wrong size, colour, or design.

 

5. Items will not be considered faulty if the wrong size was ordered (please check our size guide), colours appear different from your screen, slight variations in size occur because prints are hand finished, or minor differences exist between print-on-demand batches.
